Modify CB

1) I need photos that are uploaded by the user to their profile to be approved by admin before posting. If would be great if the user can upload a photo at the same time they register. I would like to see the uploaded image in the backend CB user manager. I also need the admin to be able to upload images for the user in the backend CB user manager. 2) I'm using a newest user module for CB that list the latest user. I need this module capable of listing the users in order according to fields in CB. Similar to CB's "Sort By" in the Edit List Manager, but for a module. 3) The current CB profile on the frontend breaks the layout(too wide and overlaps the right module). This needs to be fixed. I have attached the Latest User Module and the CB component.
