Migration of code (php 5 to current last version of php) or programming of a new plugin / widget

Person / Event Plugin Requirements I programmed myself a widget in php 5 that reads a database and shows birthdays / date of decease / events , on certain dates ,together with a picture and a link to the post. I want this converted to the current php 7 version which unfortunately I cannot do myself. So I need help to migrate the code, or to program a complete new plugin / widget. Full compliancy with the latest version of php 7.2 and with the current last version of Wordpress Full compliancy with current last version of wordpress theme Colormag Pro Create new custom post types ( Person / Historical Event) Create new custom fields for custom post type PERSON Date (of Birth or of Event) Date Deceased , nulls allowed First Name / Last Name Nationality Comments Create new custom fields for custom post type Historical Event Date Title Comments Create Widget that can be placed in content section of the theme Widget will show Block birthday a block with Featured Picture with text Happy birthday {Name} {Lastname} and direct link to post when all conditions are true (link both on text and Featured Picture) current day = Day ({date of birth} ) current month = Month ( {date of birth}) {Date deceased} is empty Block Birthday-deceased a block with Featured Picture with black border (3px) with text Happy birthday, wherever you are {Name} {Lastname} and direct link to post when all conditions are true (link both on text and Featured Picture) current day = Day ({date of birth} ) current month = Month ( {date of birth}) {Date deceased} is not empty Block Remember-Person a block with Featured picture with black border (3px) with text Remember {Name} {Lastname} and direct link to post when all conditions are true (link both on text and Featured Picture) current day = Day ({date deceased} ) current month = Month ( {date deceased}) Block Remember-Event a block with Featured Picture with Remember {title} and direct link to the post when all conditons are true current day = Day ({date of birth} ) current month = Month ( {date of birth}) In case 2 or more of these events occur on the same day, there can be 2 of the above described blocks ( Block Birthday, Block Birthday-deceased, Block Remember-Person, Block Remember-Event ) next to each other, eventually 2 or more rows with 2 blockx need to be displayed.
