Microsoft forms integration with email

Hey, Have you had any luck with this yet? I've previously made this very thing a couple of times. I created a form that was embedded in a website, upon submission of the form an email was sent out the back of it, which changed depending on the answers to the form using power automate. If that sounds like what you're after get back to me and we can talk further. Thanks Luke
