Make a web app for sharing and collaborating on creative designs

Summary: I want a developer to build a web application built for designers that helps them share and collaborate on their initial designs with clients and partners via the web.

The designer will upload their designs to the website and share the unique url to their clients. The clients can then comment on the design by highlighting or marking up the design itself along with annotations. The designer can then make those revisions.

This project will need a well-functioning web app similar to the one I've specified and a front end.

Problem it solves: Design revisioning and collaboration is a tedious and inefficient process when done remotely. That’s because the common tools for the job are inadequate. Designs are usually emailed over to clients. Clients then email changes back to the designer, but don’t accurately reference what & where those changes are. That leads to back and forth communication that often takes days. This web-based app makes the workflow more streamline by allowing the client to markup the design and add comments in real time without the back and forth process of email.

There are plenty of other web apps that do this, but a lot of them are overly complicated and have too many features in it. I simply want mine to do one thing very well--upload and share creative designs with clients without needing them to log-in or have them learn something new.
