Hello, I would like to do this task for you and can guarantee a good code that can be easily adjusted later for any future need so that changes in requirements will later be easy and inexpensive. Please be advised that this feature needs good planning and i am not sure all freelancers are thinking about it enough. Mainly the cities/areas db is something to solve nicely. How would you associate cities to products when there are millions of cities in the world etc... My price includes planning with you a good solution as long as we chose one that is also easy to program - otherwise price may need to change. Other things need to be taken into consideration too, like for example what happens when someone is already an existing customer with previous addresses in his account, and now choosing a new city, and similar scenarios.
