Magento 1.9 Price Rule and Cart error

Hey,
im using Magento 1.9 and have a problem with my price rule and the cart/checkout.
All my products have tier price but they are not in the product itself, they are coded true a price role.
3qty =10%
5qty=15%
8qty=20%
They are all showed correctly. But if i add them to the cart, the price is wrong in the cart and in the checkout.
For example: if i add 6 pieces in the card, it shows the price 3 and so on...
Hope some one can fix this and help me fast
