Magento 1.9.2.4 - Minimum Order Quantity Issue and need to expand on the feature

Currently if i choose Minimum Order Quantity of a product to say 5. When i go to front end of the product and choose number below 5 and click add to cart, it adds 5 items to cart but does not inform customer about minimum order quantity.
We would like if minimum order quantity is 5, then customer should not be able to enter number below 5 in the quantity box, if they try to, it should display notice "There is minimum order quantity for this item of 5"
We also have products which has 2 options. We would like each option for product to have its own minimum order quantity.
Example: Product A has 2 options
Option 1 - MOQ is 5pcs
Option 2 - MOQ is 2pcs
