Looking for a plugin wordpress developer with a good grip -- 2

On my website there is a category "Sports" which has many products and on each product i am using the addon options so users can select the extra options. There is an addon which user can select "Yes" or "No" and its name is "Writing" The task is pretty straight forward and easy On cart page i want to add additional cost but under following condition. 1. Count only those products on cart page that have "Writing > yes" If the number of "Writing > Yes" products is 1 {Add 12$ in total cart price extra} If the number of "Writing > Yes" products is 2 {Add 16$ in total cart price extra} If the number of "Writing > Yes" products is 3 {Add 24$ in total cart price extra} and so on .... Note : I am using "Woocommerce Product Addon" plugin and make sure your code is workable with this plugin. Also this rule will effect the products on whom the "Writing > Yes" while other products in cart work like normal Thanks
