listhandler in php needed. compare 2 lists (plain text)

imagine i have 2 lists, just plain text.

i want to know different things:

I. all list-entries which are in both lists

II. all list-entries which are NOT in list 1 BUT in list 2 (= only in list 2).

listcheck has to be NOT case sensitive.

has to handle email-adresses to (so make sure the handler understands @).

please deliver a website (php) where i can paste 2 lists in (for example in 2 textareas).

then let me choose what i want to know (I. or II.) and a submit-button.

as a result show me a list with the result. dont need to download that list or so,

just show results on the website, so i can copy/paste them into any file.
