IONCUBE/PHP EXPERTISE NEEDED

i have a bug in my website that was installed with ioncube. i own the code and have the ioncube license. the site is supposed to allow the admin to upload an excel file in admin panel. the file is supposed to populate a dropdown list on the site. this feature is not working. site is encoded with ioncube. my guess is that it has to do with the site installation using ioncube encoder. You will definately need expertise with ioncube in order to fix this problem.
