Help to optimize our server via MYSQL/MariaDB settings with our PHP applications on server.

We are looking for someone who has extensive experience in optimizing the performance of our server with regards to MYSQL.
We run a few database intensive applications on the server and want to make the most optimal settings. The applications are all PHP based.
Right now we have an issue of the server taking some websites offline every day at the same time. We suspect this is to do with one or more of our PHP applications in relation to our MYSQL/MariaDB settings. (such as [login to view URL] file)
We need you to help find the cause and optimize accordingly.
