GIS field officers Management application

I need someone to develope an aplication which can track field officers activities in cluding POS registration, Leads generated, sales done, deals Closed , appointments set and reminders to call. same app should show KPIs set per person and link the same to his supervisor and online evaluation. app should have cluster asignment as field officer should be locked to Geo fense and should only see only shops or businesses within that area.
