[login to view URL] Newsfeed implementation

We are looking for a developer who has worked with [login to view URL] and knows how to implement it correctly for a newsfeed in our laravel app.
Our users have selected different categories . we want to -
1 push news articles to their news feed based on their activity.
2 allow user to share text, url , youtube video with their users , or other users in their category or with all users.
3 allow tags based on #, if user makes a #title, then that becomes a category that they have used and shows in that #feed.
we already are using Amazon SQS, so are open to using that.
Bonus: working with laravel plugin, so that you can execute it to completion.
