Form builder php ajax , single and multi step form builder

Hello, We looking to make form builder, either drag and drop or just have field option and once admin will select then it be added in the form. - need to have option to add custom background color - need to have option to change button color option as custom colors. - once form submitted then form need to save in the DB and you need to show in the admin area form wise report. - also once submitted then you need to send the form in the email to admin. - also we can send a auto message to the user in their email. - Admin need to have configuration option to set SMTP, email id, messages etc .. - admin can create ad many form they want you need to list the report form wise with the user country and ip details also. - form need to have option to create single form or multi step form. - form short code need to be created so can be used on any pages of the website where ever site owner need. Also if possible generate javascript code for we can put other third party site or blog page as well to generate leads. - Admin can also export the leads as excel file from admin area. And also can forward leads to any email from the admin area. -- If its multi form and user leave the form without submitting then still we need to capture the data and save it so you can keep record in the buffer memory and insert later. - Duplicate entry to allowed in the first version. We going to use this for lead generation like contact form, quick contact, survey etc .. Here are some example you can check. but we not going to make as such in the first version. - we can just make simple stander one, so no math formula going to be in the first version.
