fix the progress bar and update the link in the edit-link in jquery

I am looking for a freelancer who are expert in jquery. I have got a problem with the progress bar. When I add the attachment, the progress bar did not show in the same line and the it did not count up the value for the progress bar. I want you to fix this. And I want you to fix my edit-link to update the link in the div textbox. When I add the link and text, it will put the href link in the div textbox so when I highlight on the text and click on the edit link button, when i change the text and link it will add the text and link in the div textbox. It should have remove the old text and replace a new text with new link. I want you to fix this. I have to create this project again because there are too many freelancers on here who claim they know what I want when they dont read my description so please no timewasters.
