Finishing Code Work for Website

We have a website that has basic coding complete. There are 4 pages that need complete coding and 1 page with partial coding still needed. There may be some other tweaks needed as well. I have a word document for the project (including complete coding instructions) as well as a dropbox link. We have some questions we will need answers to: 1. What is the timeframe for completion of this entire project from start to finish? 2. What is the cost to complete the project? 3. Concerns upfront regarding coding? 4. Where are you located and what hours do you work? 5. We are located in LA on Pacific Standard time and need someone to work on our time in order to ensure proper communication. Is this possible? 6. Who would we be communicating with – project manager or the developer directly? 7. How are you intending to communicate besides email (i.e. Skype or Go to meeting)? 8. Are there any penalties for late delivery? 9. We are currently using wordpress. Is this what you recommend, or do you recommend something else? 10. As it states in #4 above, we’d like to convert all of our old web stuff to our new site including the trust deeds. Is this possible? How will this affect SEO if we cannot?
