event looping creator and summery report in vtiger

hello everybody I want to create event looper in this thing when one event created with time reminder .aftrer the execution of that event the reporting is must for every user at given specific time by admin now when user edit the report in event now he get new window with new date and time so new follow up created so this facility cant mis the regular follow up and another thing I want that the summery report in this module we get the report in any module with numbers so it is nice to calculate the whole work in small format I add the video so every one can understand what I want
