Debug 10 adult membership websites

I am using wordpress theme to create 10 adult pay membership websites. All sites are linked together. If member joins one, he has access to all sites. The main site is [login to view URL], and if a member joins TheBannedGirls, he has access to all others (there will be two exceptions later). The theme in Wordpress is "Retro" and it does NOT come with a "Join" button. It has a "registration" button, but it is not linked to payment gateways, and allows full site access on registration without payment. I need the "Registration" button changed to "JOIN" or "SIGN UP" and linked to payment gateways. There are 4 membership plans that visitor can select from, and these must be seen in the cart. I use the plugin "Ultimate Memberships" to create content restrictions easily, amange email registration, etc.. It allows a visitor to come to the site and look around, but cannot access full features until paid. For the first site, the payment gateways are established already, but for future sites, you must add these. So for [login to view URL]: Create a pathway for visitors to join (redirect to payment page and restrict access until paid.) + debug as needed Milestones: $100 on acceptance. $400 on completion of RoXXXis.com. $500 on completion of all 10 sites.
