I am using a prestashop. It has a third party interface, that pushes orders into the merchandise management system (which is as well a hosted SaaS). Actually the interface does not support transfer of customergroups to the merchandise management system. The job is to extend the interface with a backend mapping inside Prestashop: each existing presta-customergroup should get a string (a number) which maps to the customer groups in the merchandies management system. And than, push orders to the mms "within" the customergroups mapped ID and depending on the customergroup providing net or gross (tax exkl. or inkl.) prices.
