Customisations to WordPress Theme

Looking for simple customisation in a WordPress Theme. I need a reliable developer to work on many customisations for a few current projects. While I have had many bad experience with quality and incomplete work on some developers here, I added this task as a test to began work with someone for the current and the upcoming projects. https://pixelgrade (dot) com/demos/listable/ It's a directory theme. When I user try to add a new listing he has only one field to add his location. (Screenshot attached) The field is connected to google maps. The problem is when the place isn't registered in google maps (which is the case for all small places in small cities) You can not add the exact location of the business. So I need to add the following to the register page of a new listing. Attributes: - Latitude & Longitude Field - Google Map (User shall be able to pan and zoom and move the marker on the map) - Drop Pin (This is very important, If the user doesn’t find his place on the map and if he is at his business location. He can click on (Drop Pin) and the marker will access his current location and drop it on the map). Screenshot attached. PS: Foursquare App has this option when adding new business. Before Bedding: 1. You must be interested in a long work relationship. 2. The deadline is 2 days. 3. Full payment after completion of the task and testing it (I had many bad experiences). 4. Must Speak very good English. This is a test job for lots of on going customisation needed in this theme and other projects. Thank you.
