Multichannel selling - Shopify x2 (B2C & B2B, Ebay, Amazon, New Egg (Import orders, data and values
Manual Orders - Be able to fill out manual orders and process them and select where the stock will be pulled from, and pay using a gateway.
Invoicing - Provide invoices to the customer, via email, pdf and online links. Payment reminders if not paid within a certain time. Also the option to offer a credit terms.
Stock Movement - Able to move and transfer stock across warehouses, and be able to keep stock in transit separate unless it’s been received and allocated.
Reporting - Be able to report sales by channel, sku, brand, top customers on both B2C and B2B, shipping values, costs against products, inventory by warehouse, inventory by brand, vendor balance, customer balances
Print shipping labels - Integration with Royal Mail, DPD, and be able to bulk ship these details
Inventory - Be able to have virtual warehouses, and link the SKU’s together across the warehouses so if one is sold in eBay, it deducts across to Shopify and Amazon.
Sales Orders - Be able to make sale orders and assign them to the correct person, staff, and channel
Purchase Orders - To link in with the products, and must be able to select the QTY, price, and then email the vendor the PO and allow us to print a copy. From this stock will be allocated to a STOCK IN TRANSIT until it’s received by the warehouse team after it’s been counted and booked in.
CRM - A full working CRM, to record leads, customers, new leads etc - Look at Pipedrive for information
Printing Orders - Picking lists, packing slips, return labels on one sheet – Also intregation into DPD and Royal Mail PPI API so we can book our labels – Look at Zenstsores for more information.
Barcode system - Stocktake module so we can scan the barcode, and input the data on our feed to adjust and correct against the warehouses. As well as pick and pack option for orders on a daily basis.
Staff Accounts - Level of staff accounts, from full access to each module, and then select and tailor each staff member to different modules
Card Payment - Built in Terminal card payment either via Paypal and Sage Pay
Multi currency - To be able to fetch currency rates globally and apply them to accounts/orders etc.
Re Order Products - A low stock report, and notification will need to be sent to purchasing. Run rates, and lead time on delivery to make sure we get the items in stock and quick.
Sale forecasting - Be able to forecast sales across our SKU’s, run rates and when we will have to email the supplier for a new order.
Return system - Be able to give a customer a front end system of where it looks up the email and order number, and presents them with options to either return the item with a pre-paid label or select postage themselves, then this will give them a RMA number, and communicate to the manager of that marketplace to expect it. Along with a PDF with all the details of what’s wrong, the customer's details etc.
Dashboards - Front dashboard which can be modular and customised by the staff member to show top line results, such as: (also option to globally ping a message to everyone as a alert on the dashboard.
