It is a tool for a building company to follow up there projects and clients. A virtual assistant that files all and makes the invoices.
There is an administrator (the boss) and different people who can access the project. So employee nr1 can access project 1 2 4 5 and [url removed, login to view] nr 2 can access project 1, 4 and 8.. etc. The project – file holds prices, notes, images, signatures (ok) etc. so a upload (to the project cloud) is necessary. But an app like Evernote or something else can be used if it can be synchronized/joined within this project. But I think it’s the easiest way to upload this to the server with this tool. Somethings things are send to the client this is always as a PDF attachment.
