In fact Tempust app is very close to what you are trying to implement. We implemented a lot of features that are related to HR work / open positions management inside company. I have 8+ years experience in web development. I am a Fullstack developer and I primarily work with Node.js + Mongodb on the backend and React.js on the frontend.
