Create new page on my website

The job is to create a new page on my website ([login to view URL]) called "Supporto”, which is to be placed in the drop-down menu instead of “Servizio Clienti“ and “F.A.Q.”, inside the entry “Informazioni”. This is on PC and on Mobile. I have attached the previews created with Photoshop of how the page should go. I inserted a file called "[login to view URL]", where there are all the links to be inserted on the WhatsApp icon, on that of Messenger (these two are to be opened in a new page and not the current one) and there is also the recipient email for the user sending the e-mail message. Only in the mobile version, create the same animation when clicking on “Filtri” on the page: [login to view URL], on the icon and on the text of the email. This is when you open and when you close (and to close, just re-click where you clicked to open). The rectangle behind the form must be of this color: #f6f6f6 Under the heading “Le domande più frequenti“, where it says "+ Perché costano così poco?”, "+ Da dove arrivano le scarpe?“, Etc., make sure that when you click on one of these questions, there is an animation similar to when you click on “Filtri” on this page: [login to view URL], where the "+" becomes an "x", then the "+" icon you must turn 45º clockwise, and the answer of the question appears (for each question I will give you the answers) over a gray rectangle (as in the image) of this color #f6f6f6.
