Convert an excel based analysis tool into an online business analysis tool

• Allow user to select from a list of common organisational issues • Allow user to define issues (add new ones) • After all issues are defined, two issues are presented together (one at a time) and the question is asked ‘are these two issues related?’. Option to respond ‘Yes, one causes the other. Yes, slightly or indirectly. Not at all’ • The back end registers this as a 2, 1, 0 • This keeps happening until all issues are compared with each other. For example, if there are three issues, a total of 9 comparisons will be made using these questions • The backend is a matrix showing the overall relationships (example 2). For example, if there are five issues, there are 5 x 5 lines of data (25) depicting the relationships (2, 1, 0) between each issue • Using the formulas provided in an excel spreadsheet, we can calculate the total ‘Direct’ impact and the total ‘Indirect’ impact. The freelancer will need to unpack these formulas • A map will need to visualise the input in a sphere, showing the interconnections (example 1). Solid lines for direct. Dashed lines for indirect. No lines for no relationship. • When the user selects a particular issue, a summary appears describing the total direct/indirect impact this issue has on the sphere • When the user selects an issue, the lines connecting each issue are highlighted too • Based on the total scores, a ranking will be provided, sorting the issues from largest to smallest impact, presented in a visual ranking • Users should have the option to add more issues and amend previous scoring • Graphics will be provided to demonstrate the visual look of the tool • Tool will be accessed and/or embedded in wordpress website and accessible on smartphones and tablets • User can save the information, provide links to other users to access dashboard results etc. • User can use the tool without logging in but to save info, they must create an account • Backend should keep email addresses and other data • Freelancer will be provided with excel file to convert
