We are trying to make a web solution which can recognize the images from the mobile(e.g. android) application that would be saved in advanced on server. For example, Android camera visualize some images -> per frame send the image to the server -> server recognize the images comparing to the images that's saved in advance -> send the message or some data back to Android which show them to screen. Recognition should take place on Linux server and send designated data back to the mobile as a response.(So, a simple mobile app is required.) PHP,JSP,Linux application or anything may be allowed. Image Recognition Accuracy and Speed are to be important. Thanks.

Hi there, So, I am an computer vision expert and I do android as well. Image recognition is a wide field, what are you looking in the images; are you looking for a specific object, maybe image template matching is what you meant by recognition.
