I doubt you will find someone who will know how to make a 3D model and make a Wordpress and everything else, but maybe you find a team. If not, I can help you with the 3D models with 3ds Max and give you the .obj file so someone who knows the other required skills can implement it into your site. I already made a 3D model of a shirt with adjustable parts for a website so I could definitely help you with that.
