Change Python Script to use API

I am looking for someone who can change us a Python script. The tool checks e-mails. At the moment the script get emails from txt file. I need that the tool checks every 5 minutes over our API (json format) if there are emails to check and do an url callback with the result. Then check again if emails are there. Please only offer an price if you can start directly. We need the ready tool in the next few days.
