Build me a website

I currently am starting a courier company. I want my clients to make a booking for a pick up from them and a delivery to another address. This info must be sent to the company which automatically assigns it to a driver. The driver responds on the app which will send a email/ sms to the client and my company that he has received the notification and accepted the order. He will arrive at the pick up location and collect the package on the app which will send details to the drop off client. We must be able to track the drivers progress. Once he arrives at the drop off and delivers the parcel a signature and digital acceptance document must be sent to the sender and my company
