Read the instructions carefully before you bid. I am looking for experienced Website Developer and SEO Specialist who can build a basic website on Word Press and do the SEO of same after development. Website should be built in 2 Phase Phase 1: 1. Home Page with Revolving Photos from left to right, photos are readily available and high resolution professional photos. 2. Ability to link PayPal to accept sponsorship payments 3. Six tabs at top - two with a drop down menu with three options. Tabs include: Home, About, In the Community, My Journey (a blog), Modelling (Portfolio, Comp Card, Agency Info) Pageants (Portfolio, Competitions, Sponsors) 4. Four " the fold pictures" or "sections" below on the home page with four additional topics including: In the Community, At School, My Platform, and In the News 5. Blog tab with ability to blog The second phase is little complex, yet still simple. 1. Maybe a news feed that pulls from existing sources - unless this is cost prohibitive under the news section 2. Social media icons on each page linked to my profiles on LinkedIn and Instagram 3. A gallery section somewhere 4. "Sponsor of the Month" highlight page 5. Sponsor lists including past sponsors, current sponsors, and their logos 6. A link to my writing samples and work - maybe a link to publish works 7. A way for people to ask me questions or advice 8. Incorporate a logo 9. A way to hire me for appearances or advice/consulting Aesthetics are an important part of the site. The site does not need to be complex, but it does need to have simple functionality. I expect good communication, timely deliverables, modern designs, and feedback on my ideas including suggestions that can improve the site. The website must be compatible with all mobile devices and SEO Friendly as I require SEO Services later on once website go live. This is a very simple job that requires someone with good work ethic. (Budget for this project is 500 USD Website Development, SEO Cost will discuss after development) If someone got the concept and assist me to make it unique then yes there is a space of Negotiation as well.
