Build a game based on Javascript, HTML, Ajax, PHP & MySQL

Hello together, I am looking for someone who can help me make a little board game. # General concept The game consists of two players dueling on a 2D board with 10 fields. When player a clicks a field and it's his turn, the field turns red. When player b clicks a field and it's his turn, the field turns blue. When the field was not clicked by player a or b before, the player can click another time, but not a field that is owned by the opponent player. When it was owned by the opponent player, for example player a clicks on a field of player b, he has only one chance to click, so no other field can be clicked. When a player clicks a field, there's a chance of 10% that he receives a gift and can click on it. The cover of the gift package then opens and reveals a random number between 1 and 3 which are rewarded as points. This should be seen to both players. # Technical concept When a field is clicked, a javascript event fires and it sends an AJAX to the server/website api which is written in PHP and updates the database (MySQL) accordingly. It checks if the player is allowed to click the field (i.e. it's his turn). It's important to make the game with PHP and MySQL as the game uses other features too (which are not needed to be developed by you). # Design concept The board fields should have a so-called "flat design", similar to for example the popular ethereum-based game CryptoKitties. When a field is clicked, there should be nice effects like the field nicely turning into the color etc. # What I look for I look for a base game, not a perfect game. I look for both: 1. A designer who can make the effects and board layout with CSS and javascript 2. A programmer who can write the PHP code and the javascript code. Please make sure to read it.
