Build my agency website on WordPress (Divi or any other theme)

I need a design for a website. I need a WordPress website to be finished... Preferrance would be given only to those who has great taste on user experience, conversion rate optimization, and who knows branding. If needed, you are good with redoing on my logo, helping me fix the brand colors, choice of fonts, end to end branding, design, and making brand popout.
