Basic VBScript (Price Adjusted)

Hello, Need VBScript that's compatible for Windows 8 - 10. Code should contain comments letting user know what to change - scripts destined for a script shop. Script needs to be good as the come, if your not fully capable please pass this job. If your capable, then we can do a lot of business! I can offer $100 for this script functioning as follows: Script runs: * URL loads to direct download of JPG via url, inline so no “save as” or “open” prompt, file saves to .vbs parent folder. (If server side code is required it is included) * Script pauses until the download action completes returning control to script * Action fires changing filename from “[login to view URL]” to “[login to view URL]” (no dialog) Newly named file “[login to view URL]” opens *.vbs script deletes itself --- If any questions at all, i'm more then open to discuss along with specifics more in detail.
