We are looking to create a prediction software

We want to predict the likely hood of football games that will score more than 1.5 games per match. The software will only show results on an over 70% likelihood and will analyses the following The software will analyses the next 3 working days of fixtures, Will take a game for example England Vs France and look at the past 12 results for each team (in any competition), we will look and see how many of those games each team has won or lost by 2 or more goals. Then will work out the percentage of how many times they won or lost by over 2 goals. If the other team they are playing has had the opposite results and score over 70% then the software will put the game up on the system as a likely winner for over 1.5 goals. For example, if England has lost the following First row England Second Other teams Third Is difference more than 2? 1 1 0 3 1 2 5 1 1 3 1 0 2 1 0 0 1 3 1 2 3 0 2 1 0 3 1 1 3 1 2 4 1 9 12 75% And if the other team they are playing against won over 70% of their games with more than 2 goals difference then the game is likely to score more than 1.5 goals. We must be able to change the percentage, goals and be downloadable e.g in excel. We would also like you to rate the likelihood of those games winning over 1.5 goals from top to bottom with top more likely (those with a higher % than others) and bottom less likely (those with lower % than others). Obviously you will need to be able to grab the data from somewhere (we do not know where). We don't mind if it's online or a downloadable software nor do we care how pretty it is. After this we would like another for team player ratings.
