Looking for an apk to be made that can do the following: Run as a background service and check any incomming number when they happen ( call or text ) against a database and notify the user of caller/texter report information by notification ( No reports, Timewaster, Abusive, Beware ). User can click the notification and get the full details of any report from the database. Report feature within app which displays call log and text log with clickable "report button" next to number, when used will open up options ( Timewaster, Adusive, Beware ) the description of the report. When submitted will add to database of information with a record of the posters Telephone number, device imei, time & date. Freelancer will also be needed to create the database the apk will read & write too and provide help to sign the apk
