Below are few points mandatory from our side for App Development (Android & iOS) 1. App to be developed for Android and iOS separately, anticipated is Flutter 2. Our customers to download the App via Google Play store (Android) & Apple App store (iOS) 3. Best in class UI, reference App (Not similar in function, but desired UI) will be provided if required 4. App Version Control 5. The developer will be responsible for the successful hosting of the app on the Google play store / Apple App Store and maintaining it in case of any Google Violation reports or Apple objections for One year from the date of first deployment of the fully functional App on Google play store / Apple App Store 6. App to be hosted on OUR Google play store / Apple App Store logins. 7. Subscription based working (Pay as you Use) 8. Usage based on own wallet payments (own credit system to be made) points to be deducted from the wallet based on subscription 9. Wallet can be recharged using all major payment methods, ability to recharge from the app itself (Post initial setup) 10. Auto wallet usage statistics to be generated every night and sent to the user 11. Auto invoice generation every month end, information on low credit in the wallet to be informed to the user 12. Fully functional desktop web application with admin control / mobile dashboard and User management 13. Ability to store the customer database on their premises on request and run from there, all logic to be cloud based 14. Web based registration of the company at the initial step, including the initial registration 15. 1 year support post deployment, including 24 hrs. phone support with 2 hrs TAT 16. All codes written for the Android and iOS app to be our property and should be enabled with proper comments for future reference. NO proprietary functions or methods to be deployed that is developers proprietary and locks us with your company for future requirements 17. Non - Disclosure Agreements 18. All version changes and connected code to be shared with us immediately post bugs testing and deployment. 19. Payments pertaining to the milestones to be released post bug free deployments on Google Play Store and Apple App Store and handing over the error free code for the said version 20. All module requirements given here are indicative of the overall requirements, this should not stop you from giving us extra features for best user experience
