android App create of My wordpress website . expert required

only Expert required !!!! I need web services (JSON links) of a site which is developed in WordPress. So you have to provide links of the things that are developed through plugins as well. Like I’ll send data through web services ( which will be provided by you) and in data I’ll send values for example if I need just articles posts so I’ll send value “article” by using method “Post” or “Get” in response you have to check value and according to value return array of articles posts then in android I’ll get all these articles posts from this array etc….. In the same way if I’ll send in values “State” and also the name of the state then in response you have to return all cities of that (required ) state... Hope so its enough description ..... isn't it????
