Add/Modify functionality to existing PHP Laravel Application

Hi, We have a web app based in php laravel that needs to modify some functionality: 1) there is user module 2) there is admin & owner module It is Learning management system LMS where admin can create lessons like teachers, and students can learn from those lessons, module by module and can track progress. This is just part of module that i need help with..Other modules like quiz, exam, etc no need to touch. Only certain areas may need touched like updating dashboard, reporting from either admin side or student side. Please find attached doc that explains high level details. Need someone serious, committed. We have seen and heard intentional excuses such as slow internet connection or family member death will not be tolerated or traffic for late delivery or incomplete work. We will promptly cancel project the moment we notice such behaviour so please do not bid if you looking waste our time or yours. WE WILL NOT PAY FOR PARTIAL WORK BECAUSE WE WILL NEED TO FIND ANOTHER DEVELOPER WHO CAN NOT USE YOUR CODE. We must get daily update via scrum screenshot, skype, teamviewer. You must outline project plan, what you plan to accomplish tomorrow and explain next day what you did yesterday (along with next plan) step by step.
