Solving PayPal payment problem

Please read carefully as this project is little complicated:
Open this url that is a category from my online store on your IOS based device such as Iphone or Ipad:
[login to view URL]
1-Click add to cart on any product.
2- proceed to checkout.
3- register with any email address / name / password (you can enter fake email also)
4- Click on Finish.
At the end you should see the PayPal "Payment Page" , and not the "[login to view URL] home page.
so here is the problem:
when someone wants to checkout on IOS devices he is redirected to [login to view URL] instead of the payment page. WHILE if you try on Windows or other operating systems, it is ok and you can checkout without problem!
the online store is running with Hikashop plugin of Joomla.
