I am looking for a simple web based record keeping software having the features listed below. I need a very simple application which must be integrated to our charity organization website.
1) We get donations time to time, we need to have a system to record those attaching a receipt. For example: ABC donated $20 dollars, now we should be able to create a income record, enter which company donated, when, who received the money and how much etc also for proof we should have a attachment function to attach pdf or jpeg.
Similarly, we have expenses such as we paid for rental, so we should be able to create a expense record, enter how much we paid, when and to whom etc, and we can attach a receipt for corresponding record.
2) The GUI must be excellent and user friendly.
3) We must have ability to add users who has ability to create, edit or delete the records depending on their permission. Same as Joomla users. Some users wont be able to Edit, Delete while super user must have all rights.
4) We must be able to generate the report in Excel, we dont need a advance sorting such as financial statement or cash balance. All we need is if i run report for expenses it should record all the expenses records and if i run for income it should record all income. The reports doesnt have to be merged in same page.
5) It should automatically create Income ID and Expenses ID, so we can write that in our paper record keeping.
6) We must be able to view each entries, it should have an option to see the attachment.
7) It must be integrated on our website as a subdomain. For example [url removed, login to view], the first page should ask the username/password to get access.
I have attached a pdf document for possible layout. This doesnt have to be the same, your own creativity, we accept your creativity.
We are a charity/non profit organization so if your quote is over $100 please do not bid. We will accept the bid who can show demo for what we requested, also the quality of work.
