Desktop app for basic data reordering

IMPORTANT: project may involve viewing adult content images when checking if solution works. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: I need a desktop app where I can copy/paste formatted text such as the following lines: url|thumburl|title url|thumburl|title url|thumburl|title ... and allows you to modify the order of the parameters like this: Having 1|2|3 as default status shown above, user will enter in a field the desired output format, for example, 2|3|1 and the app will change the batch of lines to thumburl|title|url thumburl|title|url thumburl|title|url ... NOTE1: separator will always be pipe "|" NOTE2: solution should work with more than 3 parameters or less parameters for example: 10 parameters separated by | should not be a problem. NOTE3: parameters may be urls, code lines, youtube video embed codes, and similar long lines of characters. for example, the following line may be a parameter: <iframe width="420" height="315" src="[login to view URL]" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> NOTE4: in case a line/s appear with a | at the beginning or at the end, for example |parameter1|parameter2|parameter|, the solution should remove the first and last |, and also prevent double || cases after changing the order of the parameters. NOTE 5: app should work with big files having batches of thousands of lines. PS: the purpose of this application is to make sure .csv files are compatible with different necessary formats as needed.
