Design few pages on wordpress website (READ PROJECT BRIEF AND THEN ONLY BID) -- 2

Hi I need a directory to be made, but directory type website where directory search wont be there but will manage out of variety of pages In this website main there will be two types of users. Lets say one type of user is businessperson and second is the freelancer First page where business person will come. He will see all the types of freelancers available and select what he is looking for. This page will also have a CTA(call to action) where we will tell to freelancer to register. Once businessperson clicks on any one kind of freelancer category, he goes to second page. (now lets say businessperson selected web designer) second page will show top most featured webdesigners globally(globally featured), and all the featured web designers across globe in random order and also show top cities in usa, options of all the cities in usa, options of all the states in usa, options of to show cities name, from where businessperson can select finally a city or entire state or entire country as filtering option. (lets say businessperson selected a country) Third page to show top featured web designers in the country + top special featured of globe + list of all the cities and states filtering. (lets say customer selected a particular state) fourth page is --> c l. o n e of third page with some changes ...include featured webdesigner of the state + of the country + of the globe (lets say customer selected a particular city) fifth page is --> c .l o n e of third page with some changes ...include featured webdesigner of the city + of the state + of the country + of the globe (lets say customer selects any particular web designer) sixth page is web designer individual profile, here there will be all options which a profile page of web designers has in (awesomeweb.c o m...here if any customer clicks to see designers' portfolio-> seventh page is portfolio display page. Many places we will be asking the freelancer to join..hence; Eigth page-> there will be one landing page for freelancer (where freelancer will see benefits of joining us and getting listed, all plans, all FAQ etc... with CTA button. Once freelancer clicks the final cta button, he will automatically moves to my pre-set p a ypal and from there further pages.. i will take care of these further things. Please let me know, if you could design the above pages using Divi Page Builder plugin which i am using in already made website in some other theme... My budget is max at $100.
