We need an app for Android SmartPhone (Open Source) with open source Eclipse platform. The application must communicate with the OBDII system for commercial vehicles, considering all existing protocols for OBDII and manufacturers.
The application must be developed from the application (open source) Bluetooth Chat available on the internet.
The application must have the matching capacity with any ELM 327 (converter Bluetooth / OBDII).
The application after the pairing should monitor in real time the speed of the vehicle (rpm) and consumption (may be via the text box).
The application should also monitor the fuel injection period through the OBDII system.
The application should allow the user to change the fuel injection time as needed.
The application must be Open Source and developed in Eclipse so we can change the source code as our need.
