I need a live streaming web server that can received a RTMP input from an encoder and connect to a single or multiple RTMP destination (ex: Facebook). The idea is to also have a script that can detect if RTMP input is offline and replace the de stream with an image or video loop. When RTMP input is back online will switch to that stream (if my local internet connection goes down I want to keep streaming to destination)
Server must be compatible with H.264 and H.265 (HEVC). If RTMP input is a H.265 signal, server needs to convert it to H.264.
As frontend, a simple GUI with user and password will do. It will show an option to create a single or multiple RTMP inputs and a single or multiple RTMP outputs. Also must have the option to upload images or videos to be replaced for the live RTMP input in case of bad internet connection.
