Customize and fix some features in this Wordpress Theme (Classify)

The theme: [login to view URL] I'll send you my site in discussion. I need someone to customize and remove some built-in features in this theme. This theme is quite badly coded so be warned, a lot of things are controlled with PHP. *DO NOT INSTALL THE THEME WITH SOFTACULOUS OR ANY AUTO-INSTALLER, THE WHOLE THEME WILL GET BUGGED* Features to remove (Ads page): - Rating - Views (Still need this in backend admin view and also the author account, but not on Public view) - The default social sharing buttons, Facebook Google+ and Twitter Features to improve: - I'm using AddThis social sharing plugin, you can suggest other to achieve this. Make the share (especially on Facebook) to be able to pull the images from the Ads slider, and the description the business description. - The map is not able to navigate in mobile and tablet view, even clicking on the google map navigation buttons on the top, this need to be fixed - Change the button color of Search and Price (Woocommerce) color ONLY without affecting other colors - Remove Ad count beside Category name and also provide way and option to put it back, applicable to every pages and widgets - Currently, after user posted an add, Admin couldn't edit the pictures and custom fields data, neither in front-end or back-end. You will need to fix this by enabling Admin to edit everything from back-end or link all user ads to admin account so Admin can edit from front-end - The current image upload front New Ad post is flawed. It can upload multiple images but only have 1 browse button, so will need to select multiple images in 1 shot, but no control of which image will be the First in slider and Featured image. Customize the image upload into 3 fields - Featured Image, First Image and Additional Images - Reduce the spacing and margin in the Ad box, make it more compact and smaller, while retaining responsive design - Make the ability of removing the Login/Register link at the top without affecting the design - Bonus (pay is higher if able to do, please mention in your proposal): - Currently when user edit Ad and if Ad approval is on, once user edited the ad, the ad will become Private and Admin get no notification. Change this to once Ad is edited, the ad will still display the unedited version, once Admin approve the changes, then only show the updated version - Send email notification to Admin and Author when Ads are submitted and near Expiry - Add 2 new fields that will appear as new box under Ads page, 1) Deals & Promotions 2) News & Events. Both should have their own editor to insert content
