Customization: E-Commerce Website

We have magento store which we would like to customize to. We like to make an option to upload products from [login to view URL] but after getting authorization from alibaba's supplier. After scrapping product's information from [login to view URL] and saving on our website, it will create a URL which will be sent to alibaba's supplier who can Authorize, Edit and Delete it. Here are customization details, 1)- On Create Product Page, you will create new option to enter Alibaba Product URL with 'Get Details' button. 2)- You will create another page having link in the left manu which will have an option to enter "Custom Message" with two buttons, 'Save' 'Edit'. 3)- After pressing 'Get Details' button, it will scrap product's details like Title, Short Description, full description ( like this [login to view URL] ) 4)- After saving the product it would be 'Inactive' by default. It will create additional buttons, 'Authorize', 'Edit' and 'Delete'. 5)- You will also create 'Copy URL' button which will Copy product's page URL with 'Custom Message' (created in point.2) which will be sent to alibaba's supplier. This is a special URL which can open and product's info can be edited/deleted/authorize WITHOUT sign-in to our store. Upon opening this URL, product's page will open which will have above buttons('Authorize', 'Edit', 'Delete'). 6)- After this URL has been sent to alibaba's supplier, he can Edit and Delete the product. If he press 'Authorize' button, the product will be live on our store. 7)-After product is saved but not Authorized by alibaba's supplier within 10 days, it will automatically be deleted from the website. 8)- You will create a Cron job which will run Everyday. This Cron job will check each product posted via alibaba everyday whether it's existing on [login to view URL] or not. If the product has been deleted from [login to view URL], then it will be deleted from our website automatically.
