Custom Wordpress Template Design & Development

I am looking for someone to design and develop a Wordpress website for a high-end interior design firm. I am experienced in WP myself, but do not have the time to complete this project. I will, however, serve as the project manager and remain highly involved in all aspects of this project. Objective: Design, develop, and launch a website to serve as a client-facing marketing tool - providing prospective clients and other industry professionals a means to learn about the firm, meet the team, view past portfolios and connect with the firm. The website must incorporate the following features: -Custom Wordpress template that will include a header, content, footer, and may include a sidebar. This project might require the use of plugins, which must be approved before implementation. -The website must be responsive, and optimized for all viewing platforms (including: desktop, laptop, tablet, mobile, etc.) -Dynamic landing page with sliding content to invite viewers onto other pages. -Social media incorporation throughout the website that provide an easy way to connect, follow, and learn more. -A portfolio section that will display previous works. This content will be organized into albums and must be easily-updated. -A section dedicated to the team, featuring their photos and a short bio. -A section dedicated to the firm and the services they offer. -A section dedicated to providing the viewer with all necessary contact information. -More page-specific information will be provided upon the acceptance of a winning proposal. Disclaimer: The end-client is very specific in the appearance and functionality of the final product. This may require several iterations and "fine-tuning" of the small details. Methodology: This website platform is to be developed using agile methodologies - meaning we will launch the site before all content is completed, and publish new content along the way. You will be responsible for building and beta-testing the website on your own development server. Frequent communication & updates between you and myself are expected. Project Milestones: 1) Finalize a landing page design that will serve as the template for all other pages. The design will be very simple, clean, and modern. Examples will be provided. (This milestone is urgent) 2) Immediately replace current site with the new landing page. (I will handle the installation of WordPress on the end-client's domain and theme upload). 3) Continue development of the remaining site content. (Copy & photos will be provided). 4) Publish the remaining, finished site content to the domain. Allow the end-client a reasonable period to "test drive" the website and establish any remaining changes or additions. 5) Complete any requested changes / updates and publish the final version of the website to the domain in a timely manner. Additional Notes: The final product must be free of any other branding except for the end-client's. You must agree to release any copyright held on the design or content of the finished website.
