Create the Back End of our Website

Hello, Our website is familyfirstloans.com. We are an online lender, which means our website has a few important features: (1) new users fill out an online application, (2) returning users have a login portal, and (3) administrators run commands. We have coded the front end of our website but need a lot of work done on the back-end. I have attached instructions for the project as well as the full site files. The main things we need are as follows: I. CONERT .PSD TO HTML OBJECT -PSD attached II. INSTALL 2 PLUGINS -Scrollable window and signature plugins III. CREATE TAGS -Create from an already created tags dictionary IV. GENERATE CONTRACTS -Write four (very similar) scripts that generate user-specific html documents from pre-tagged documents. V. SHOW/HIDE TEXT -Show and hide tabs based on user commands VI. ESTABLISH INTERNAL REJECTION RULES -Sort loan applicants based on pre defined internal rules VII. ESTABLISH VALIDATION RULES -Finish up validation rules for loan application (This is mostly complete already) VIII. CREATE USER ACCOUNTS -Each user needs a login portal. The front end of this portal is already coded but the back end is not. IX. LOAN APPLICATIONS -Send all information from loan applications to user portals and compile for data dump X. LOAN STAGES & USER STAGES -Create a system for managing the process of a loan from application and organizing the data XII. ADMINISTRATOR PORTAL -Create a gateway where administrators can view and download data in an organized fashion
