Create modifications in EspoCRM opensource web

I need some customizations of “EspoCRM” open source site. Site is already installed. We need add new matching requests filters to the application that allow us find customers with their requests. We add properties with its characteristics like (pool, garden, etc.) and after it we add customers requests (for example, a customer needs a property with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and garden) so the system should show us all the properties that match with the request. EspoCRM by default allow us to match bedrooms, baths, size, year construction…but new filters added (garden, pool, parking, terrace and lift) are not matching because have been added before. So we need somebody that could optimize the system adding this new filters to the matching requests filter. ONLY serius freelancers.
