Create/edit a wordpress booking plugin

We would like to create a booking system for a gym. Here is the list of required features, please read them carefully before placing your bid. The system should manage recurrent sessions for 2 types of activities. Sessions are scheduled weekly and there are 2-3 sessions per day (not everyday). Administrator should be able to: - Add sessions by specifying start/end date and recurrence. For example each Monday at 10am, 2pm and 5pm. The system should then create all the sessions between the dates that corresponds to the chosen days. - Manage availability - Manage rooms - Manage monitors - Manage clients accounts - Manage payments Client should be able to : 1. Book a set of 10 sessions and pay them online, they should select 10 sessions from those entered by the administrator, he can't choose less or more, the payment button should be activated only when 10 sessions are selected. 2. Pre-order 10 other sessions. The system should allow clients to pre-order 10 other sessions, the first one should be at least after 7 days. - An account should be created for each client to manage his bookings and pay his pre-order to confirm it. - The clients with pre-orders should receive an automatic email 7 days before the next session to invite them to pay their booking in order to confirm it, they have to pay the 10 pre-ordered sessions. If they don't do it, the pre-order is cancelled and the sessions become available again to allow other clients to book them. - The client can cancel or edit his pre-order anytime. Both sides should receive email notifications when an order or a pre-order is placed. Please place you bid only if you have confirmed experience with PHP/Wordpress projects.
